If Hillary wins in 2008 and Bill is 'appointed' to fill her Senate seat and either live to retire 'they' (together or alone) would get two US Presidential retirement checks, two US Senate retirement checks, and a retirement check from the State of Arkansas .
About the only thing they MIGHT NOT get is a Social Security check....but I wouldn't bet on it....

I don't know why I didn't think of checking back here sooner, but I'm going to put you on my "bloglines" reader so I'll know when you've got a new post, and start keeping up with you more consistently.
I read down a few posts (to the pix) and I'm excited for you that you're finding an on-line community to identify with.
It's so encouraging to find like-minded people that it seems not to matter much how far away they are (most of the time).
Though I remember one time I wrote a post that was all *blah* about surviving a crying baby, and one sweet lady (I really believed her) wished in the comments she was closer to walk him a while and give me a break.
That sweetness from clear across the country was more encouraging than I could say.
