Enter Phase 2

We are officially homeowners! (Announcement) Actually, we're really the owners of two houses - so exciting! Now we're entering into phase two - the move and getting a renter into our old house. Oh, and I guess there's also the construction on the new place, but everyone loves patching holes, painting, and tearing out carpet right? Shouldn't be a big deal... I hope.
