What's with the name
I feel bad for people if they've stumbled to my site looking for a bunch of recipes and fun gluten-free stuff. Sorry to you if that's your reason for reading this. I'm really quite lazy when it comes to typing up recipes. However, I am living gluten-free, as well as free of 7 of the top 8 food allergens - eggs are OK. And yes, it is a struggle at times.
The granola isn't so much in reference to food as it is my lifestyle which many consider to be quite crunchy. And I'm a mama- the best part of my life (besides being married to an amazing man) is being a mom to the most amazing and beautiful little girl. I tend to agree with the despair.com's statement on blogging:Blogging

but I figure it's all good, so if you're actually reading this you're special because you're one of the few.
